Olympic Hot Springs
Difficulty:Short and non- technical, some short steep climbs
Location:18 miles SW of Port Angeles. Eight miles west of Port Angeles, turn left off Hwy 101 on Hot Springs Road, it is well signed for the national Park Service Elwa Campgrounds and trailheads. Stay on this road for 10.1 miles to the end of the road.
Description:This is a abandoned old paved road closed to cars, that climbs to Boulder Creek Campground and the Olympic Hot Springs. The HotSprings are a natural, undeveloped series of pools near the campground. Hiking towards Appleton Pass from the campground is popular, with a soak in the pools to top of a hike.
